Location, location, location!

Fabulous location across the road from the beach, beautiful views of coastline & easy walk to Oasis SC. Friendly desk staff who were able to accommodate our request for early check in. Easy from start to finish.

It was very warm with sun beating in on bedrooms on western side in the afternoon, but soon cooled unit down with lounge aircon.

Great situation and the place was tidy and clean.

There was no instruction book - they said it was online, but there were no real instructions on how to operate things like the oven. No dishcloth - 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 3 days and only 1 teatowel.

View was great and across road from the beach Pool area was lovely

Lounge suite needed a clean but not enough to stop me from using it, the basin in the ensuite was slow draining but everything else was good, and it had everything you could need

L’emplacement et l’hôtel est propre mais notre appartement, lui ne l’était pas complètement, ménage pas fait avant notre arrivée ( moquette sale ainsi que les chaises).

La propreté : aspirateur ne marchait pas, lave vaisselle en panne (l’eau a dégouliné par le bas pendant le cycle et jusqu’à la fin du séjour cela n’a pas été réparé), buanderie sale et sèche linge mal fixé, moquette et chaises sales.

Great view and location. Below Average Apartment

The location and view is what you are paying for. Great beach views and excellent location near the Broadbeach Mall which has some great restaurants and bars.

The apartment (number 38) is very basic and quite outdated. Needs a good clean and spruce up with marks all over the walls and stains on the curtains. The pool area is fabulous. You are really only paying for the location and view. The apartment wasn’t cleaned well. Toilet was dirty and you could see the floor under the TV cabinet looks like it has never been cleaned. To pay $1200 for 4 nights and to only have only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 very small hotel type soaps is really not good enough. The apartment needs a good clean and needs painting. There are much better apartments available in the area than this one for the same price or cheaper.

Very enjoyable visit, we will be back!

Location location location! Walking distance to Broadbeach shops and restaurants and surfers paradise the other way. All apartments in this complex would have views of the beach, we had pool view as well.

The fob to access the building after hours was problematic so we sometimes had to walk around to enter via the underground car park.

A few minor issues which did not really impact upon my enjoyment. Hard to beat the location.

Registration and access was quick and efficient. The location at Broadbeach across the road from the beach and close to the centre of the town was perfect for my purposes. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed and although the building itself is a little dated the facilities I need were mostly in place and easily accessed.

I had requested a roll away bed. There was none on arrival. I had previously been told such roll away bed had to be hired at an additional cost. I agreed to the additional cost. When the situation was rectified it was via a single mattress taken from another apartment with the intent it be placed on the floor. Parking spaces were specifically allocated to each apartment. Someone else parked in the spot assigned to me and remained parked in that space for the entirety of my stay. Although reported to management the situation was not addressed.

Had a good stay and would consider coming back to this apartment.

Apartment is in quiet location across the road from the beach, close walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping centres. Too easy! Our apartment had sea views and was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, more than what we normally get from regular holiday places. Pool and Spa clean.

No instructions for appliances and checkout expectations. Apartment could do with a cleanup, and some cushions and quilt covers had food stains. Was not a problem, but for what you’re paying, it’s something that needs attention.

Apartment was beautifully clean with everything we needed. Lovely views over the beach. Pool and spa were great!

Would have liked a sun-lounge on balcony to be able to relax. There were only 2 chairs.

apartment wasn't cleaned correctly, food was still left in kitchen cupboards. carpet looked un-vacuumed. we understood it was one of the non-updated units but it seriously needs updating & some repairs. even if just fans, furniture, switches, etc
